NEW TENANTS COMING TO TOWN & COUNTRY

Tenant expansions and new shops coming soon to Dayton-area center

Columbus, OH — XXXX — CASTO, together with Skilken Gold, both leading real estate development and services firms, are bringing exciting changes to Town & Country Shopping Center, located on Stroop Road in Kettering. Ross Dress for Less (“Ross”) will be joining the center in the former Stein Mart box. Bath & Body Works and Panera Bread will be expanding as well.

Ross Dress for Less, the largest off-price apparel and home fashion chain in the U.S., is a highly anticipated addition to Town & Country. This will be their 3rd location in the area and 23rd location in the state as the retailer continues its expansion efforts in both existing and newer markets.

In addition, Panera Bread will be adding a drive-thru and expanding their existing location. The popular cafe will be adding 450 square feet to their location, and the renovations are expected to be completed later this year.

“At Panera we are always focused on delivering the best possible experience to our guests. This means allowing our guests to get their Panera favorites in a way that is most convenient to them. We couldn’t be more excited to serve the Kettering community through this new channel,” said Sam Covelli, CEO of Covelli, parent company of the Panera franchise.

Bath & Body Works will also be expanding at Town & Country. The personal care and home fragrance retailer is in the process of relocating to a new location in the middle of the mall. The new location will have an additional 1,400 square feet.

“We are thrilled to share these exciting updates for Town & Country,” said Kelly Casto, Senior Asset Manager and Broker for CASTO. “This project has been a joint effort from CASTO and Skilken Gold for almost 70 years and continues to be a strong asset in our portfolios. We are looking forward to furthering our re-investment in the mall and bringing even more big changes to the property soon.”
